Nichol Mason Lazenby discovered Pilates in 2004 as a college dance student at California State University of Long Beach in Long Beach, CA. She found that Pilates was the most successful mode of cross training to keep her body performing at its best. Under the training of Karen Clippinger, M.S.P.E, Nichol went on to obtain her Pilates Certification through Body Arts and Science International and shared her knowledge of Pilates as she went on to dance professionally.

While acting as Adjunct Dance Professor at the University of Arizona and Pima Community Colleges in Tucson, AZ, she met many dancers that sought to correct muscle imbalances and improve overall strength and flexibility. Nichol rehabilitated and strengthened dancers while also training members of the Tucson community.

For eight years, Nichol has worked with a wide range of clientele. Whether it is rehabilitation training, athletic cross training, mind body coordination, or pain management, she has passionately helped people of all ages move more efficiently, gain strength and flexibility while correcting muscular imbalances.

Currently, she shares her passion for dance, movement, health, and fitness with University of Nebraska Lincoln, Omaha Academy of Ballet, Prairie Life Fitness.
